iDeal, the well‑known Dutch payment service, is changing its brand name to Wero. The consumer watchdog reports that the rebranding will take effect soon.

The new name Wero is intended to convey a more modern image and to broaden the service range. Wero will continue to operate the same payment infrastructure while expanding its product portfolio.
